Join our team at RIKO Peruvian & Latin Cuisines!
We are looking for a Commis I/II to help our chefs prepare tasty and authentic Peruvian and Latin American dishes. You will support the kitchen team and keep your section clean, organized, and ready for service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help prepare and cook dishes following RIKO’s standards.
  • Support the Chef de Partie in running your section.
  • Prepare ingredients and make sure your station is ready before service.
  • Keep food quality, taste, and portions consistent.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleaning rules.
  • Help with stock rotation and reducing food waste.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized.
  • Learn new recipes and skills from senior chefs.
  • Work well with the team to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of kitchen experience (experience with Peruvian or Latin food is a plus).
  • Basic cooking skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work under pressure and in flexible shifts.
  • Culinary training or certification is an advantage.
